Meet Brianne

I’m Brianne Turner Saunders, a Black indie author based in Seattle, Washington, writing emotionally rich romance and fantasy centered on Black women, Black love, and powerful journeys of healing and self-discovery.

I’m married, work full-time, and write in the spaces life gives me—early mornings, late nights, and everything in between. Storytelling has always been how I make sense of the world, and my work reflects the complexity, resilience, and depth of Black women navigating love, loss, and transformation.

Alongside my writing, I run TSCIncByTurner, an Etsy store offering bookish and reader-inspired items created for people who love stories as much as I do. The shop is an extension of my creative world—a place where books, community, and creativity intersect.
